Responsibilities:

As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of fintech solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Web Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using React for the frontend and Python/Django for the backend.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver user-friendly fintech solutions.
• Optimization & Performance: Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and overall user experience.
• Maintainability: Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and actively participate in code reviews to ensure high standards.
• Innovation & Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the product's functionality and performance.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a candidate who has:

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Extensive experience in the fintech or banking sectors.
• Expertise in React and modern JavaScript frameworks, ensuring smooth and dynamic user interfaces.
• Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using Django for backend development.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration, ensuring seamless communication between the frontend and backend.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, handling complex data requirements and storage solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, making you an ideal team player in a fast-paced environment.
