Job Overview:

Bybit is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the German-speaking market with content, social media management, market research, and event coordination. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates passionate about cryptocurrency, blockchain, and FinTech to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication workflows for German-speaking content across emails, push notifications, and web content.
• Conduct market research to identify and analyze cryptocurrency trends across Europe.
• Assist in executing innovative marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Participate in and help organize offline events such as blockchain conferences, meetups, and community engagements.
• Act as the local social media manager, working closely with the digital marketing team to manage Bybit’s presence on social platforms.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned, adapting to new challenges in the evolving crypto industry.

Requirements:

• Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Passionate about cryptocurrency, blockchain, and FinTech with a strong understanding of crypto trends, narratives, memes, and Web3.
• Previous experience in social media management or a strong acumen for online engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Native German speaker (Muttersprachler Deutsch) and fluent in English.
• Availability for a full-time internship (5 days per week).
