Role Overview

We are seeking a Crypto Advocate with 3+ years of experience to join our global team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide. The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in the crypto community, passionate about blockchain technology, and experienced in building brand awareness and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a public-facing representative of WorkAsPro Talent within the crypto and blockchain communities.
• Engage in online and offline discussions across platforms like Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and crypto forums.
• Educate the community about our mission, services, and products.
• Organize and participate in community events, webinars, AMAs, and online campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with influencers, partners, and developers in the Web3 space.
• Monitor industry trends, share insights, and suggest strategies to improve visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align advocacy efforts with company goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in crypto/blockchain advocacy, community building, or a similar role.
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, and current trends.
• Strong communication skills and experience in public speaking or social media presence.
• Existing network within the crypto and Web3 community is a strong plus.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passionate about decentralization and blockchain technology.
