Position Overview:

ZoomInfo is looking for an Account Manager to join our Enterprise Growth team. This individual will play a key role in selling our market-leading Go-To-Market (GTM) solutions to large enterprises. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you'll build strong relationships with your clients and work closely with the sales team to uncover new business opportunities, drive growth, and demonstrate the value of ZoomInfo’s products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and Manage Accounts: Maintain a book of business consisting of 60-80 accounts with over 1,000 employees.
  • Generate New Business Opportunities: Leverage white space analysis, account planning, multi-threading, prospecting into new business units, and other strategies to create new opportunities within existing client organizations.
  • Build Client Relationships: Work closely with the renewals team to drive client ROI, retention, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Product Demos: Conduct online product demonstrations and collaborate with solution consultants to showcase ZoomInfo’s value to clients.


What You Bring:

  • Experience: 8+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience, with at least 4 years spent selling to complex global enterprises.
  • Track Record: Proven success in consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Deal Closing: Experience closing six-figure+ Annual Contract Value (ACV) deals.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Ability to independently run sales cycles and engage with both above-the-line and below-the-line buyers.
  • Time Management: Strong ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Acumen: Quick to understand different business models and industries.


Nice to Have:

  • Sales Methodology Training: Familiarity with key sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Sandler, Command of the Message, Gap Selling).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling into industries like manufacturing, finance, healthcare, business services, and more.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of business intelligence, CRM tools, and the GTM space.

Work Environment:
