About the Role

As an AML/KYC Analyst at CSC Ireland, you'll support compliance functions for investment-related activities across Ireland, Luxembourg, and other global offices. This includes conducting AML/KYC reviews, client onboarding assessments, and helping with regulatory and internal audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform AML/KYC analysis and risk assessments on clients and third parties (e.g. fund managers, advisors, distributors)
• Support operational KYC tasks during investment transactions
• Maintain and update client KYC data in internal systems
• Monitor ongoing AML/KYC compliance and flag any irregularities
• Support the Compliance Officer and AML Reporting Officer
• Assist with regulatory audits and compliance reviews
• Contribute to internal AML/KYC projects and process improvements
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and current regulations

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration
• Experience: 2–3 years in AML/KYC or compliance, preferably in the fund services industry
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Familiar with evolving regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proactive, team-oriented, and flexible
