Role Overview

The Analyst supports Pfizer’s Global Business Services (GBS) Transformation and Project Management Office by delivering automation and analytical solutions that enhance strategic decision-making and business process efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the Digital organization to develop impactful tools and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Create and maintain dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, timely refresh, and actionable insights.
• Monitor and report project progress on key performance indicators such as financials, timelines, risks, and scope.
• Support integration of Pfizer’s technology platforms (e.g., SAP ERP, BI-BOBJ) into analytics and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Digital teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of automation and analytical tools.
• Drive continuous improvement of GBS processes through data-driven insights and automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development with strong automation design skills.
• Basic SQL or data modeling knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration and presentation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a matrix and cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
• Advanced skills in Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Power Platform Certification or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment

• Hybrid work model (some office presence required).
