We are looking for a Project Monitoring Engineer to support the Project Manager in tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to oversee large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Assist the Project Manager in progress monitoring as per client requirements

🔹 Coordinate with stakeholders to review and resolve project hindrances

🔹 Prepare & review construction programs for project execution

🔹 Generate weekly & monthly reports for management review

🔹 Forecast project completion dates based on actual site progress

🔹 Assess dependencies & recommend actions to meet project timelines

🔹 Evaluate manpower requirements for timely project delivery

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

✅ Experience: 3+ years in large-scale construction projects in India

✅ Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of project life cycles & work packages
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Ability to assess project dependencies & risks
• Proficiency in construction planning & scheduling
