Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Rust, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and high-performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers to transform requirements into efficient and innovative technical solutions.
• Performance & Reliability: Ensure backend systems perform at the highest level, optimizing speed and reliability, particularly in the realm of blockchain data indexing.
• Automated Testing & CI/CD: Implement automated testing and establish CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Architecture Decision-Making: Participate in making architectural decisions to enhance the system's architecture and improve overall processes, with a focus on decentralized computing.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Rust programming, demonstrating strong coding practices, style, and familiarity with development frameworks and libraries.
• Experience in building high-performance, scalable, and reliable software applications, particularly in a blockchain or Web3 environment.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git and familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Solid experience with common middleware technologies such as MySQL, Redis, and message queues.
• A keen understanding of blockchain technologies, their working principles, and their integration into decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and a quick learning curve when tackling new challenges.
• Excellent security awareness and a deep understanding of backend system vulnerabilities, especially in blockchain networks.
• A passion for cryptocurrency, smart contracts, and the Ethereum network.
