Program Overview:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers early career talent a structured, immersive experience in the Web3 industry. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to Binance's operations while developing professional skills and expanding their networks.

Eligibility:

Open to current university students and recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates, particularly for technical roles
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards)
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain candidate communication
• Keep applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) updated
• Conduct market mapping and support research for hiring strategies
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Attend team syncs and hiring manager meetings
• Suggest process improvements based on workflow observations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (in progress or recently completed) in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent strategy (prior internship experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required for coordination with global teams)
