About the Role

This is a high-impact HRBP position supporting Dynatrace’s APAC Sales & Marketing teams. You’ll work closely with senior leadership (VP Sales, VP Sales Engineering) to design and implement people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and scalability across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to APAC sales/marketing leaders
• Lead org design, workforce planning, and talent initiatives
• Partner with CoEs on compensation, promotions, succession, and internal mobility
• Analyze data from SuccessFactors to shape strategic decisions
• Support performance, change management, and compliance efforts
• Promote engagement, inclusion, and Dynatrace’s core values

Requirements

• 10+ years HR experience, with 4+ years as an HRBP
• At least 3–4 years supporting Sales/Marketing in APAC (preferably in SaaS)
• Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics (Singapore, India, Australia, Japan preferred)
• Proven success in matrixed, high-growth tech environments
• Skilled in employee relations, performance management, and coaching senior leaders
• Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and consultative skills
