About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Specialist to manage and support AMER Payroll operations, covering the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. The role requires expertise in payroll processing, reconciliation, tax filing, and reporting. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing using ADP and Workday platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage payroll for Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and the U.S. (experience with all regions is preferred).
• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for exempt and non-exempt employees using ADP GlobalView, Workday, and ADP Workforce Now (Canada).
• Perform payroll reconciliations, including reviewing new hires, terminations, adjustments, and deductions.
• Handle stock transactions (RSUs, ESPP) and ensure accurate reporting.
• Process and reconcile deductions such as 401(k), flexible spending plans, etc.
• Collaborate with external partners for payroll tax filing and compliance.
• Record payroll journal entries and perform periodic account reconciliations.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll questions.

What You’ll Need:

• 10+ years of experience in AMER payroll operations, particularly in high-growth environments (experience with Canada, Mexico, and Brazil is a plus).
• Expertise in ADP GlobalView (SAP), Workday, and ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of payroll systems, earnings/deduction codes, and payroll taxes.
• Familiarity with Federal and State payroll rules and regulations.
• Experience with year-end payroll activities and reporting (W-2, W-2C, GL mapping).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with NetSuite and ADP Ceridian.
• Knowledge of integration between payroll platforms and HR systems (Workday).
• Ability to effectively communicate and provide high-level service to internal and external customers.
