Job Title: Sr. Administrator, Appeals

Job Summary:
Join Amazon’s Experience and Technology Departures Team to manage the appeals process for employees and alumni. Handle sensitive information with integrity, apply analytical skills for process improvement, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess appeal case documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Apply Amazon policies to ensure compliance and consistency
- Identify process defects and suggest remediation strategies
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of human resources experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field, or High School diploma with 1+ year case management experience
- 3+ years in contact center, customer service, or HR roles
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HR functions
- Familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with Payroll Systems and HRIS
- 4+ years of customer service or HR-related experience
- Strong research and knowledge database skills
- Ability to adapt to changing workloads and high attention to detail
- Additional language skills advantageous
