Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end visa support for global employees, including applications, renewals, and compliance tracking
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee contract archives
• Update and manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR Business Partners
• Offer general HR consultation and support to employees and managers across global teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
• Prior HR internship experience, especially within a tech company or R&D environment, is preferred
• Basic understanding of HR operations and processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both required for daily communication and documentation)
