Key Responsibilities

• Support visa processes for global employees, including renewals and compliance
• Maintain contract archives and ensure accurate HR documentation
• Update HRIS with current employee data
• Assist HRBP with onboarding/offboarding across global teams
• Provide HR support and consultation to staff and managers

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s in Business/Admin/HR
• Previous HR internship, especially in tech or R&D, is a plus
• Familiar with HR operations and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Chinese
