Role Overview

As a Commercial Recruiter, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for Commercial roles across North America, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to enhance the hiring process and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Commercial teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Account Management)
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for passive candidates
• Foster positive candidate experiences
• Partner with hiring managers to meet talent needs
• Leverage data to refine recruiting processes
• Collaborate on DEI, employer branding, and events with the global team

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle Commercial recruiting experience
• Strong focus on passive candidate sourcing
• Proven pipeline development skills
• Highly self-motivated and organized
• Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
• Bay Area recruiting experience preferred
