About the Role

This senior HR role is a strategic advisor to Dynatrace’s leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals to enable organizational growth, high performance, and employee engagement. You’ll partner with department leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities
• Drive org design, succession planning, and workforce development
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with CoEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D)
• Guide performance management, leadership effectiveness, and ER matters
• Lead change management and DEI initiatives
• Coach leadership on people-related strategy and execution

Requirements

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of HR experience (5+ in strategic HRBP or HR leadership roles)

Preferred:

• Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Expertise in org development, talent planning, and engagement
• Experience with HRIS tools (SAP preferred)
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR)
• Strong communication, influence, and consulting skills
