About the Role

As an Early Career Recruiter, you’ll lead campus recruitment across Austria, managing the full-cycle hiring of interns and graduates. You'll collaborate with universities, run branding events, and drive strategic outreach to attract top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for R&D internships and graduate programs
• Build partnerships with universities, HTLs, and diversity organizations
• Represent Dynatrace at career fairs and campus events
• Design student-focused branding initiatives (e.g., tech talks, office tours)
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring outcomes
• Contribute to scaling Dynatrace’s campus programs

What You Bring

• Basic HR or recruiting experience (a plus)
• Knowledge of Austria's educational landscape
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for branding, events, and talent engagement
• Experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or Miro (a plus)
• Interest in tech and agile environments
