About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Blockchain AI Engineer to join one of our cutting-edge ecosystem projects. This role will focus on the development and maintenance of smart contracts, primarily written in Solidity, and integrating AI solutions with blockchain technology to enhance platform functionality. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain solutions, contributing to the growing Web3 ecosystem.

Job Description:

• Smart Contract Development: Design, write, and deploy smart contracts on various blockchain layers, with a focus on the execution layer.
• Solidity Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Solidity, ensuring the development of secure and efficient contracts, optimized for real-world use cases.
• Blockchain Architecture: Have a deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, including the interaction of Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions, consensus mechanisms, and how different technologies contribute to a robust blockchain architecture.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Oversee the deployment of smart contracts onto blockchain networks, focusing on performance optimization and security best practices.
• Testing & Security: Write comprehensive tests, perform security audits, and ensure the prevention of vulnerabilities within the smart contract ecosystem.
• Collaboration: Work alongside other engineers, data scientists, and project managers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly with blockchain technology, creating a secure, automated, and decentralized platform for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Smart Contracts: Use Solidity to implement smart contracts that ensure security, scalability, and efficiency on Ethereum or compatible blockchains.
• Blockchain Solutions: Focus on the scalability and security of blockchain solutions, ensuring AI and blockchain technology are integrated to optimize data integrity and automation.
• Maintain Smart Contracts: Continuously improve and update smart contracts, ensuring they adapt to evolving blockchain technologies and user needs.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI and machine learning to optimize blockchain operations and enhance the functionality of smart contracts in the DeFi space.
• Documentation: Keep detailed documentation of technical processes, project progress, and smart contract updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay Informed: Stay updated with the latest trends in blockchain technology, AI integration, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving Web3 landscape.

Qualifications:

• Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, specifically working with Solidity and Ethereum or compatible blockchains.
• Strong understanding of blockchain protocols and experience with blockchain development frameworks like Truffle, Hardhat, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for efficient blockchain deployments.
• Proficiency in at least one other programming language beyond Solidity (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Go).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex blockchain and AI concepts to non-technical team members.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI model integration in blockchain environments.
• Knowledge of other blockchain platforms like Polkadot, Cosmos, and experience with decentralized protocols.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and understanding how smart contracts function within the decentralized finance ecosystem.
• Passion for contributing to the growing cryptocurrency, NFT, and blockchain spaces, and the transformative power they hold.
