Your primary responsibilities will include developing comprehensive documentation, ensuring all business requirements are met, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements Communication:
• Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements, ensuring that they are understood clearly by all stakeholders, including development teams.
• Organizing and Clarifying Needs:
• Discover, organize, and clarify business needs, working to define and produce specifications for change.
• Collaboration with Development Teams:
• Work closely with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure they understand the business specifications and requirements.
• Documentation Creation:
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and Process Diagrams, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Ensuring Standards Compliance:
• Ensure all documentation is thorough, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Training and Change Management Support:
• Collaborate with the training team to document system scenarios, identify roles impacted, and help develop a change management and training plan.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Relevant experience in the custom software development domain (pre-sales) is essential.
• Analytical Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with various teams and stakeholders.
• Business Analysis Tools Proficiency:
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies to streamline and support analysis and documentation efforts.
• Project Management Knowledge:
• Familiarity with project management practices and tools to ensure timely and effective delivery.
