Job Summary:

Support Amazon One Medical’s At-Risk programs by providing data-driven insights to launch new initiatives and improve operations. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics, create scalable dashboards, and translate healthcare data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze EMR, claims, and clinical quality data to inform strategy and program design
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and tracking tools
• Define metrics for new initiatives with program managers
• Partner with operations managers to identify process improvements
• Ensure data accuracy through governance processes
• Perform predictive modeling and scenario analysis
• Build scalable, repeatable reporting solutions
• Communicate analytical results to senior stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years in business/data analysis roles
• 3+ years healthcare analytics experience
• Advanced SQL and large dataset experience
• Proficiency in Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience with EMR, claims, and clinical metrics
• Strong cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field
• Machine learning or predictive modeling experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of value-based care and risk adjustment
• Experience with AWS analytics tools
• Strong stakeholder management and storytelling abilities
