🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of institutional/VIP clients
• Drive growth via strategic partnerships, increasing user acquisition, market reach, and revenue
• Identify new opportunities and propose innovative solutions to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate across departments and regions to achieve business objectives

🧠 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Business Administration)
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome — training is provided
• No prior blockchain industry experience required
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (essential for business communication)
• Strong logical thinking, communication, and learning skills

• Remote with hybrid flexibility — expected to work in-office once a week (location: Central Business District)
• Office attendance timing is flexible
