Role Overview:

As a Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you will drive Wintermute's expansion in the US financial markets. Your focus will be on institutional OTC growth, crypto liquidity provision, and strategic partnerships with key players like exchanges, custodians, and infrastructure providers. You will own and execute strategic growth initiatives, working in a fast-moving, non-bureaucratic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for Wintermute’s institutional OTC business in the region.
• Work with internal teams to launch new trading products (e.g., derivatives, options).
• Build and expand relationships with crypto projects, VCs, and key ecosystem players.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with exchanges, custodians, and lenders.
• Improve business development processes, including CRM and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on crypto market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in both traditional finance and digital assets services (high-performing teams preferred).
• Knowledge of spot and derivatives OTC products, particularly options.
• Business development, partnerships, or B2B sales experience (e.g., investment banking, fintech, crypto).
• Proven track record in delivering business results, including revenue growth and partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills—ability to educate counterparties on services, ensure clear next steps, and maintain strong follow-ups.
• Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about crypto, blockchain, and algorithmic trading.
• BSc/MSc in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
