Role Summary:

Serve as a finance business partner to product teams by delivering insights, supporting decision-making, managing budgets and forecasts, and preparing business cases. Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial performance with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders
• Deliver management reporting, P&L analysis, and actionable insights
• Drive budgeting and monthly forecasting for assigned business areas
• Build financial business cases for products, deals, and investments
• Maintain strong collaboration with stakeholders and leadership
• Support long-term planning and strategic financial alignment
• Prepare internal financial presentations and decision-support materials

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or business control roles
• Strong experience in a complex business environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, and Hyperion
• Ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Deep understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards

Preferred:

• Experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with initiative and strategic thinking
