About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Account Manager for the Medlar team to manage medium to large customer accounts, ensuring their success with CrowdStrike's endpoint technology. In this full sales cycle role, you will drive customer satisfaction by advocating for clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with renewals teams to ensure timely contract renewals.
The role is hybrid-remote and requires you to be in the office just once a week for team collaboration and unity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Point of Contact: Manage relationships with existing customers, collaborating with internal teams like Customer Success and Managed Services to ensure value delivery.
- Contract Renewals: Oversee the full contract renewal cycle, ensuring renewals are done at an escalated ARR rate.
- Sales Growth: Achieve quotas for new sales growth within your customer base and manage a full sales cycle.
- Customer Advocacy: Build strong relationships with customers, turning them into champions for CrowdStrike's products.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities for upgrades and cross-sells based on customer needs, presenting value-based solutions.
- Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive account growth and retention.
- Customer Service: Provide high-touch customer service, handling escalations and coordinating support.
- Product Feedback: Collect and share feedback from customers about new features and product improvements with the Product Management team.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: 2+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management or new business development role, particularly in technical sales (IT, security, engineering).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Sales Skills: Expertise in managing discovery, full sales cycle, handling objections, and closing deals. Proficiency in sales qualification frameworks like Medic, Medpicc, and Sandler.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas/metrics.
- Adaptability: Ability to prioritize and balance various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and internal meetings.
- Negotiation Skills: Comfortable handling objections and contract negotiations.
- Bonus: Experience in Security or SaaS is a plus.
