Binance is seeking a senior-level professional to lead the expansion and management of global banking partnerships across retail, corporate, and institutional banking sectors. The role is critical for driving new relationships, negotiating terms, and supporting Binance’s mission of building an inclusive financial ecosystem powered by blockchain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global development of banking partnerships
• Proactively source and negotiate with new banking partners
• Manage and expand banking partner portfolios
• Oversee cross-functional teams for onboarding processes
• Build and maintain a strategic banking roadmap
• Analyze markets, competitors, and internal gaps to guide banking strategies

Requirements:

• 7+ years in senior roles handling global banking partnerships
• Strong experience in financial negotiations and partner management
• Track record of success across multicultural and global environments
• Passion for crypto and digital finance
• Strong problem-solving, execution-focused, and team-oriented mindset
