About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated Technical Account Manager I to join their Tech Touch team. The role involves serving as a technical contact for customers, providing excellent customer service, and helping resolve technical issues efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical problem-solving skills and a passion for customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical contact and support customers during onboarding.
• Conduct quarterly health checks and business reviews.
• Participate in TAM on-call rotations, addressing customer inquiries and case escalations.
• Escalate critical issues to management when needed.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to manage renewal risks and identify upsell opportunities.
• Drive support cases to resolution, ensuring timely responses to customer issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems and knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security infrastructures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to establish technical credibility quickly.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Professional fluency in English.
• Proven problem-solving and collaborative skills.

Bonus Points:

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Support, or Technical Account Management within a SaaS organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
