Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, model, and document business and technical requirements
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Create user stories, mockups, and functional documentation
• Support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Facilitate stakeholder adoption of solutions
• Assist in business process reengineering and transformation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis within Finance
• Strong knowledge of:
• O2C (Order to Cash)
• P2P (Procure to Pay)
• R2R (Record to Report)
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Oracle EBS or SAP S/4HANA)
• Proficient in:
• Advanced Excel
• SQL (basic working knowledge)
• Data analysis
• Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodology
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with:
• Business process improvement
• Stakeholder engagement in global (US/EU) finance contexts
• Agile tools and practices
