About the Role:
Apex Systems is seeking a Catalog Content Analyst to join the Selection and Quality Operations team at a major eCommerce marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality catalog data by working on data labeling, annotation, and ensuring accurate product attributes across various eCommerce content platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a data or admin background, experience with content management, and an understanding of the food/beverage or eCommerce industry. You will contribute to several important initiatives, including verifying attributes and refining data quality through research and data audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Labeling & Annotation: Curate and label high-quality catalog data to improve the accuracy and quality of product attributes.
- Product Attribute Accuracy: Review and assess product data for accuracy, ensuring attributes like "organic" are properly validated.
- Brand Workflow Standardization: Standardize different variations of brand names through internal and external research.
- LLM Prompt Management: Manage and improve data prompts to ensure high-quality output for catalog workflows.
- Data Auditing: Perform audits and reviews to ensure data quality, leveraging both internal and external feedback.
- Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure data quality workflows align with overall business goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Data Curation: Experience with data labeling, annotation, and working with large data sets.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle data meticulously and ensure accuracy in every step of the process.
- Data Auditing: Comfortable working with large data sets and performing quality assurance tasks.
- LLM & Workflow Management: Experience managing and refining data prompts or workflows, using feedback for improvement.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) tools and AI-related workflows is a plus.
- Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel, with experience in Excel commands.
- Programming Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SQL and other programming languages is an asset.
- Fast-Paced Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interview Process:
- The interview process will consist of two rounds and is expected to take place over the coming week.
