Title: CDD Analyst

Schedule: Monday to Friday (32–40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Client Due Diligence (CDD) reviews to ensure AML and KYC compliance
• Collaborate closely with Senior CDD Analysts and CDD Team Leads
• Manage and monitor the process and quality of assigned CDD files
• Proactively report progress, escalate issues, and ensure completion of agreed number of CDD files per month
• Coordinate and support client outreach during the CDD review process

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in CDD/KYC roles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong planning, drafting, and organizational skills
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the trust industry
• Already residing in the Netherlands
