Position Overview

Apex Systems is seeking a passionate and skilled Community Engagement Manager (Sports) to foster and engage with our online community across platforms like Discord and Reddit. This role is critical in ensuring our audience feels heard, valued, and connected while maintaining a strong feedback loop with our client and development partners.

As the Community Engagement Manager, you will work alongside a cross-functional team to create meaningful conversations, drive engagement, retention, and advocacy, and contribute to a thriving and positive online community experience. If you have a deep understanding of WWE, experience in community management within gaming or digital marketing, and a talent for building relationships, we want to hear from you!

Position Details

📍 Location: Remote

⏳ Contract Length: 12 Months (W2 Contract)

💰 Pay Rate: $30/hr W2

Key Responsibilities

🎯 Community Engagement & Interaction

• Actively engage with the community across platforms like Discord, Reddit, and other digital channels.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally to build trust and positive relationships.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging environment where community members feel valued and heard.

🎯 Community Growth & Advocacy

• Empower community members to become brand advocates by recognizing contributions, providing resources, and fostering engagement opportunities.
• Identify and nurture key influencers and passionate community members to amplify the brand's presence.
• Support initiatives that drive user retention and growth through innovative engagement strategies.

🎯 Insights & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze community engagement, sentiment, and demographic data to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the publishing and marketing teams to optimize community strategies based on audience trends.
• Track engagement metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement and strategic improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ 2-5 years of experience in community management or social media management, ideally in the gaming or digital marketing industry.

✅ Strong familiarity with Reddit, Discord, and community management tools.

✅ Deep knowledge and passion for WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), with the ability to engage with the WWE fanbase effectively.

✅ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage and de-escalate community concerns.

✅ Strong understanding of marketing principles, public relations, and online engagement strategies.
