Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and onboard new members
• Manage Discord structure and communication
• Lead onboarding sessions
• Monitor and prevent conflicts
• Guide discussions to appropriate channels
• Assist with initial recruitment and vetting
• Coordinate community events and workshops

Requirements:

• Community management experience
• Discord moderation skills
• Strong English communication
• Available 10 AM - 8 PM CET
• Reliable internet and audio setup
• Conflict resolution abilities
• Team-player mindset
