Role Overview:

As a Data Analytics Consultant II, you will analyze web performance and user engagement data for a portfolio of 40+ clients across industries. Your goal is to turn complex datasets into actionable insights that improve customer experiences and optimize site performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze performance data using Dynatrace's Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools
• Provide clients with strategic recommendations to enhance performance and usability
• Prioritize high-impact accounts and identify growth opportunities
• Create insightful dashboards and reports using analytics tools
• Act as a consultant across varied industries (retail, auto, finance, travel, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client engagement

Requirements:

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and insight delivery

Preferred:

• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CDNs, Cloud environments
• Proficient in tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, Tableau, R, SPSS
• Understanding of browser dev tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, WebPageTest)
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-first mindset with proactive problem-solving approach
• Team player with empathy and leadership potential
