Position: Data Analytics Engineer

Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid, 3 days on-site/week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Level: Mid-Level

Role Summary:

The Data Analytics Engineer is responsible for interpreting data to produce actionable insights that improve business operations. The role involves gathering requirements, preparing and validating data, and developing reports and visualizations for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end data analysis, including requirement gathering and presentation
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities
• Improve existing data/reporting processes and propose new solutions
• Participate in Agile Scrum processes and support business engagement

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3–5 years in data or reporting engineering
• Strong experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL (MS SQL Server, Oracle)
• Proficient in Excel, Visio, and other Microsoft tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, documentation, and release/change management

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
