Role Summary:

Maintain accurate financial records, support reporting, perform account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS while addressing internal inquiries and supporting audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-/quarter-/year-end close activities and journal entries
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, intercompany transactions, and payroll
• Ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance in all entries and processes
• Resolve internal customer inquiries and maintain timely follow-ups
• Support audit requests with schedules, reconciliations, and documentation
• Recommend and implement process improvements
• Prepare financial statements and explain variances

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) and Excel
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams

Preferred:

• CPA license or equivalent certification
• Experience handling sensitive financial information with discretion

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $105,000/year
