Position: Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Remote Only

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $90,900 - $101,000 (plus RSUs)

Time Off: 35 days/year + parental leave

Reports To: Head of Marketing

What You’ll Do

Your mission is to grow conversions across the full funnel:

🎯 Increase website-to-trial conversion (2.2% ➤ 3%)

🎯 Improve trial-to-paid conversion (35% ➤ 45%)

How you'll do it:

• Optimize onboarding flows for better activation
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, creative assets, and emails
• Identify and test new acquisition channels + optimize existing paid ads
• Enhance website performance and lead generation
• Manage and optimize automated campaigns for cold + warm leads
• Collaborate with Product + Engineering to execute experiments
• Deep-dive into data to attribute wins and losses accurately
• Document learnings and create repeatable processes

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Growth marketing experience in a SaaS company

✅ Strong CRO knowledge (A/B testing, UX, landing page optimization)

✅ Data-driven with hands-on analytics skills

✅ Experienced with marketing automation workflows

✅ Paid ads & performance marketing experience

✅ Strong communicator & team collaborator
