Role Overview

As a Health and Wellness Coach, you will lead initiatives to promote employee well-being, mental health, and overall wellness. You will design, implement, and maintain wellness programs that support employees both individually and collectively, fostering a healthier and more productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive health and wellness programs tailored to employee needs.
• Provide individual and group coaching sessions to support personal wellness goals.
• Promote a wellness-focused culture by integrating programs with existing HR and organizational strategies.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and wellness events on topics such as stress management, nutrition, fitness, and mental health.
• Continuously assess the impact of wellness programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Serve as a resource for employees on matters of physical and mental health, work-life balance, and personal development.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Health and Wellness Coach or similar role.
• Strong background in nutrition, fitness, mental health, or corporate wellness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Program design and implementation experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Empathy, patience, and genuine passion for improving well-being.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
