Key Responsibilities

• Culture & Organizational Development: Drive initiatives that reinforce and scale company culture, ensuring alignment with Wintermute's high-performance values.
• Performance & Talent Management: Lead bi-annual performance and compensation reviews, supporting team leads in people management and career development.
• HR Operations & Automation: Manage employee lifecycle processes, payroll checks, visa/relocation matters, and leverage HR systems for automation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the Singapore office and global remote employees, ensuring consistent HR policies and best practices.
• Employee Engagement & Well-being: Maintain high morale by addressing employee concerns, facilitating upward feedback, and supporting personal/professional growth.

What They’re Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience in HR leadership within a high-performance environment (trading, fintech, tech startups, consulting, etc.).
• Strong background in performance review cycles, HR ops, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Ownership mindset—willing to execute both strategic initiatives and hands-on HR tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel/data analysis and HR tech automation.
• Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills, able to engage with both deep technologists and MBA grads.
