Position: Junior Data Analyst

Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Level: Junior

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm ET

Role Overview:

Support product management by analyzing business and product data to drive insights, create reports, and improve customer experience. Collaborate with teams to track KPIs and inform product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and interpreting data to support decisions
• Create and maintain dashboards and KPI reports
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into reports
• Analyze trends, opportunities, and risks for product managers
• Monitor customer behavior and market trends
• Document data workflows and reporting processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 0-2 years experience (including internships or academic projects)
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Strong Excel skills
• Good communication skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Understanding of product lifecycle and customer metrics is a plus
