Role Overview:

Lead data analytics projects by analyzing complex datasets, building Power BI dashboards, collaborating across teams, and delivering insights and predictive models that drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Success, Finance, and Operations teams
• Use statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast trends
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executives
• Manage multiple analytics projects ensuring timely delivery

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles in tech/SaaS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
• Strong SQL, DAX, PowerQuery skills
• Experience with statistical testing, regression analysis, data validation
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Python
• Agile mindset with ability to balance strategic and operational tasks
