Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to support large-scale Data Center Construction Projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing critical projects, including data center fit-outs for hyperscale customers. This role involves managing key stakeholders, ensuring project governance, and effectively overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously.\

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with architects, engineers, and the supply chain to ensure compliant project delivery.
• Project Milestones: Track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule delays and ensure project success.
• Governance & Reporting: Ensure effective project governance, utilize best practices, and produce formal project status reports.
• Project Monitoring: Oversee progress to ensure design standards are being applied across multiple construction projects.
• Collaboration & Communication: Manage information flow between teams through meetings and written communications.
• Forecasting & Updates: Update and forecast key project milestones to ensure the timely delivery of milestones.
• Cost Control & Engineering Support: Provide expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability.
• Client Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with clients to maximize future opportunities and align client goals with business objectives.
• Knowledge Management: Capture and share key project learnings to improve processes and systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify ways to improve internal processes and systems, promoting efficiency.
• SOX Control: Adhere to SOX control responsibilities as applicable.

Project/Program Specifications:

• Experience Required: Data Center fit-out, Hyperscale customer experience.
• Project Size: Over $600 million.
• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Procore, and construction management tools.
• Role Type: Full-time on-site role, with potential for some flexibility based on client needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly data centers.
• Skills:Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
