Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. You will manage payroll for international clients and support HR-related tasks in collaboration with other service teams. The role offers variety, development opportunities, and the chance to work in a truly international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll administration for multiple clients, including payroll data processing, payslips, reporting, reconciliations, and salary payments
• Support clients with HR matters such as pensions, sickness, and reimbursements
• Assist in the implementation of new clients over time
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

About You

• Experience with international client service is a plus
• Strong understanding of Danish labor laws and payroll processes
• Comfortable with Excel; experience with Epos is a plus
• Interest in system optimization, implementation, and process improvements
• Fluent in both Danish and English (spoken and written)
• Service-oriented, detail-driven, and a team player with strong communication skills
