Role Overview:

Lead and mentor a squad of 8–10 analysts and support staff, manage 20–30 client accounts generating $8–10M in annual revenue, and oversee both team development and business operations. Focus on client satisfaction, account growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

People Management (50%)

• Conduct monthly 1:1s and performance reviews
• Mentor junior team members across support and analyst roles
• Assign projects aligned with individual strengths and development goals
• Support onboarding, training, and career growth initiatives

Business Operations (50%)

• Monitor account health, with focus on top revenue clients
• Lead weekly account reviews and escalation planning
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive client maturity
• Contribute to hiring, training, capacity planning, and process improvement
• Assign team resources for POCs and strategic projects

Stretch Goals:

• Track and report key metrics (value delivered, growth, customer maturity)
• Influence internal tooling, processes, and training improvements

What You Need to Succeed:

• 2+ years of team management or experience as a Senior/Principal Analyst
• Strong business operations and account management acumen
• Skilled in mentoring, delegation, and team motivation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of Dynatrace Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM)
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally across product, data science, and sales
