Role Overview

Pfizer is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Data Analyst to lead and execute moderately complex data projects within its global supply chain function. This role blends supply chain operations with digital innovation, analytics, and business intelligence to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

The role involves managing cross-functional initiatives, analyzing performance data, creating dashboards, and supporting Pfizer’s digital transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Strategy

• Lead data and analytics projects across supply chain functions.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables independently.
• Align project goals with cross-functional stakeholders.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
• Analyze business performance and supply chain KPIs.
• Deliver insights from customer journey data and digital analytics.

Technology Integration and Innovation

• Contribute to digital product roadmaps and strategy.
• Implement innovative data solutions and emerging technologies.
• Improve data integration and pipeline processes.

Process Improvement and Collaboration

• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency using analytics.
• Serve as a resource for data and reporting best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulatory standards.
• Maintain strong collaboration with internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience
• OR Master’s (MBA/MS) with 2+ years
• OR PhD/JD
• OR Associate degree with 8+ years
• OR High School diploma with 10+ years
• Experience with:
• Tableau and Power BI (required)
• SAP eDoc framework
• Product and digital analytics
• Business performance reporting
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Pharmaceutical industry or consulting experience
• Agile methodology and/or Scrum Master certification
• Experience mentoring team members
• Familiarity with support trend analysis and process optimization
