Key Responsibilities

🚀 Lead all marketing efforts to drive Autonity’s growth & brand awareness

📈 Develop & implement GTM strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams

📢 Manage Autonity’s social media & community (Twitter/X, Medium, Discord, LinkedIn, Telegram)

🔥 Generate hype in Blockchain & DeFi spaces, increasing product adoption

🎯 Launch programs, events, and marketing campaigns to maximize brand reach

🤝 Identify strategic partnerships for marketing amplification

⚡ Align marketing with business strategy, working closely with leadership & engineering teams

What You’ll Bring

✅ Essential: Marketing experience for a Layer 1 Blockchain, DeFi, or Derivatives project

✅ 5+ years in marketing, with a proven track record in Blockchain & Web3

✅ Strong knowledge of Layer 1 blockchain networks & DeFi (bonus for derivatives expertise)

✅ Experience in marketing to highly technical & niche communities

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive innovation

✅ Data-driven mindset – capable of optimizing marketing strategies based on analytics

✅ Excellent communication & project management skills
