About the Role:

Apex Systems is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the Regional Enterprise Marketing team. This role will be focused on B2B brand marketing initiatives in Canada, with an emphasis on cross-channel marketing strategies. As a key player in this dynamic team, you’ll help craft compelling marketing campaigns that engage and drive business outcomes. The position requires an ability to manage a demanding project pipeline while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• B2B Marketing Campaigns: Lead the execution of B2B marketing initiatives with a focus on driving business growth.
• Content Creation: Develop and implement compelling storytelling and thought leadership content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Prioritization: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and prioritization.
• Cross-Channel Marketing: Drive marketing strategies across various digital and traditional channels.
• Ambiguity Management: Navigate through ambiguity while managing a fast-paced and demanding project pipeline.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Proven track record in executing B2B marketing campaigns.
• Industry Background: Experience within the media agency industry is preferred.
• Storytelling Skills: Strong ability to create thought leadership content and compelling narratives.
• Relationship Management: Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Management: Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Communication: Strong communication and prioritization skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Terms:

• Contract Duration: 13 months
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
