P2P Customer Service Representative at Gate
Location: APAC (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide text-based consulting support to platform P2P users via email/online chat
- Address and resolve user issues on the platform
- Offer professional product consulting to customers
- Calm and reassure customers to improve satisfaction and service quality
- Record inquiries and relay feedback to relevant teams for product improvement
- Inform customers of system/product updates
- Perform other leadership-assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service mindset; customer support experience preferred
- Team collaboration and strong execution skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- At least 1 year experience as a Chinese-English customer service rep in virtual currency, securities, or financial exchanges
- Financial industry knowledge (stocks, futures) is a plus
- Willing to work shifts (9:00-18:00, 15:00-24:00, or 24:00-09:00 GMT+8)
