Position Overview:

As the Country Manager for Poland, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, managing operations, and building strong relationships in the dynamic and rapidly evolving cryptocurrency market. This exciting role demands a hands-on leader with expertise in marketing, crypto management, and an in-depth understanding of local regulations and market dynamics. Fluency in both Polish and English is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Market Expansion: Lead and execute a comprehensive business plan for Poland, focusing on market expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Operations Leadership: Oversee all aspects of operations in Poland, including customer support, marketing campaigns, and partnership development, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
• Brand Awareness and Engagement: Design and implement marketing initiatives that drive brand recognition, engagement, and adoption through social media, digital channels, and community-building events.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and industry partners to ensure a positive and compliant presence in the local market.
• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to align local operations with Bybit’s broader global goals and objectives.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the local team, promoting a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the company.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in leadership positions.
• Crypto Industry Experience: Prior experience as a country manager in the cryptocurrency industry or related fields is highly desirable.
• Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Polish market, including consumer behavior, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing shifting priorities and challenges.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
