Job Overview

We are expanding our AI capabilities and seeking a Principal Data Scientist to lead knowledge graph and advanced AI initiatives. This role blends cutting-edge AI research with enterprise-scale implementation, focusing on building innovative, high-impact AI solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize knowledge graph architectures using diverse and heterogeneous data sources.
• Lead the development of semantic search capabilities and reasoning models.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance AI-powered insights.
• Drive proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for emerging AI technologies.
• Mentor and guide team members on advanced AI concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ML, Engineering, Product) to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI systems and knowledge graphs.
• Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven agents.
• Strong background in entity resolution, semantic search, and graph-based AI solutions.
• Proven ability to scale AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience in building production-grade AI systems with a focus on reliability and performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with heterogeneous data processing and integration.
• Background in B2B SaaS or related B2C technology products.
• Hands-on expertise in enterprise search or recommendation systems.
• Strong understanding of entity recognition, knowledge graph reasoning, and AI-powered automation.
