About The Role:

We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the crypto marketing roadmap from start to finish. As one of the leading crypto providers in Europe, we’re looking for a world-class marketer who will build trust in the industry, bring new crypto products to life, and drive adoption globally. This is an incredible opportunity to shape Revolut’s growing role in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi space while helping millions of customers access revolutionary crypto products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the Crypto Marketing Roadmap: Create and execute a long-term marketing strategy across multiple channels to drive the growth of Revolut’s crypto products, including the development of launch strategies and campaign execution.
• Design Impactful Campaigns: Design data-driven roadmaps each quarter to forecast, prioritize, and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives aligned with the Crypto department's KPIs and milestones.
• Customer-Centric Strategy: Leverage feedback loops to understand customer needs, market trends, and how Revolut’s crypto features can make a meaningful difference in their lives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams including Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering, and Growth to ensure flawless execution of marketing strategies and product launches in the crypto space.
• Creative Excellence: Brief creative teams and develop compelling audience strategies, crafting value propositions that speak directly to the needs of crypto enthusiasts, and orchestrating PR campaigns that elevate our brand in the blockchain and NFT communities.
• Marketing Insights & Optimization: Analyze data and extract actionable insights to refine and improve the performance of campaigns and product strategies.

What You'll Need:

• Experience in B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferably in a global tech company).
• Passion for Revolut’s Products and a deep understanding of the crypto, DeFi, and blockchain space.
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market campaigns that require collaboration across multiple teams.
• Strong creative acumen and consumer marketing expertise, with a deep understanding of marketing channels such as in-product, digital, and PR.
• Excellent ability to analyze data, distill insights, and use those insights to inform strategy and product development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working at a Tier 1 strategy consultancy.
• Experience in marketing crypto products, blockchain technology, or DeFi platforms.
