About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee retail projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience in retail project management in India, with a strong ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure project goals are met within scope, time, and budget constraints
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates
• Ensure quality standards and timely completion of deliverables
• Facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop retail project proposals

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in retail project management in India
• Proven success in managing retail projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
